On 26 September 2018, the Cabinet Secretary for the Rural Economy proposed holding a debate in the Scottish Parliament to establish the principles that will underpin Scotland’s future farm policy. Scottish Environment LINK welcomes this intention and proposes ten principles that should underpin future policy and funding development.
