Scottish Environment LINK have submitted a briefing to all MSPs ahead of the Stage 3 debate on the Climate Change (Emissions Reduction Targets) (Scotland) Bill.
The briefing sets out LINK’s views with respect to required amendments to ensure that the Climate Bill delivers robust action to address the twin climate and nature emergencies.
