The purpose of the seminar was to provide an opportunity for the members and staff of the four Links to update and share information on the developing political cultures, administrations and environmental advocacy needs in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. The intention was also to give delegates the chance to decide how and when members of the Sister Links should collaborate, and to plan for future joint work in various policy areas.
