Scottish Environment LINK’s Marine Taskforce welcomes the opportunity to comment on this Strategic Environmental Assessment Screening and Scoping Report for the secon sectoral marine plan for offshore wind energy in Scotland’s renewable energy zone. We hope to remain closely involved in the development and implementation of the plan and SEA process as they progress.
