This is the third Political Strategy Report to be prepared for the LINK Board and Network. Items where a decision of the Board and Network are requested will appear in bold italics. As per the decision of the Board in Spring 2010 the Report is shorter than herteofore – and concentrates on our work within local communities (see 8d Political Horizon Scan – Council Chambers).
