On 18 March, Deborah Long was asked to give a presentation to NLHF Scotland staff and committee on equality , diversity and inclusion in the sector, evidenced through ongoing work within LINK member bodies. It used early and incomplete results from an ongoing member survey, and drew out early indications of the challenges and issues the sector is facing, the low levels of confidence and high levels of ambition for change.
This is an area of ongoing work within the network and this initial early assessment is at the very start of our journey.
