Olivia Navarrete Zur

Olivia is LINK’s Communications Officer.

She is a Mexican-British biologist, science communicator and visual artist.

She has a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Sheffield and a MSc in Environment Culture and Society form the University of Edinburgh.

Her previous work has involved working with the Scottish Rewilding Alliance and Rewilding Britain to produce a policy brief based on her thesis on human-wildlife coexistence in Scotland. A lot of her work focuses on human-wildlife coexistence and community-based conservation projects.

Apart from work, she has a keen interest in wildlife conservation and never misses an opportunity to go on a long hike in the wilderness, and never forgets her camera!

Olivia works full-time, 9.00 am-5.00 pm from Monday to Friday.
