The Scottish Biodiversity Strategy is the overarching policy document outlining Scotland’s response to the nature crisis. The first Delivery Plan runs from 2024-2030. 

Scottish Environment LINK has published a tracker outlining progress against the actions in the Delivery Plan. Our assessment finds that:

  • 18 actions have been completed
  • 70 actions are in progress
  • 16 actions are delayed
  • 33 actions have not been started
