Prepared by LINK’s Governance Group, this submission was developed in response to the Presiding Officer’s decision to set up a Commission on Parliamentary Reform, in advance of the Scottish Parliament’s 20th anniversary in 2019, and to seek views on the performance of the Parliament to date, and how it could be improved.
