Natura – an NGO perspective

Richard Evans (RSPB)  presentation for the LINK meeting on 4th August, about members’ issues with how the Birds and Habitats Directives are working in Scotland.  The slides go through the  processes required by these Directives.  Richard originally prepared the presentation for a meeting of ScotGov planners and other disciplines, so it is accessible to the non-specialist.
