Scottish Environment LINK’s Hilltracks Group wrote to the Minister for Public Finance, Planning and Community Wealth and the Scottish Government’s Chief Planner for the Local Government and Housing Division in relation to the Scottish Government’s 2019 commitment to carry out a review of Permitted Development Rights (PDRs) in relation to private ways, also known as Hilltracks.
