This is a short briefing pulled together from work in the Food and Farming Group over the last few years, pulling out five key proposals that the Scottish Government could, and should implement quickly to make some progress towards their own vision for agriculture. The briefing includes some very rough costings but these need more work and data, which we encourage the Government to do.
